Museum Planning LLC developed interactive exhibition design for the Museo Memoria y Tolerancia in Mexico City — a museum dedicated to the memory of genocide and the promotion of tolerance, peace, and human rights. The museum is one of Mexico's most significant cultural institutions and a major destination for school groups and international visitors.
The interactive elements designed for Memoria y Tolerancia were crafted with particular sensitivity to the gravity of the subject matter — creating spaces for reflection, learning, and empathy without diminishing the weight of history. Digital interactives, including iPad-based exploration tables, allowed visitors to engage with primary sources, personal testimonies, and archival materials.
Designing for a museum of memory and tolerance requires a distinctive methodology — one that balances accessibility with respect, and engagement with solemnity. Museum Planning LLC brought this discipline to every aspect of the exhibition design.

Forty museums. One methodology. Mark personally involved in every engagement.
