Museum Planning LLC designed the Toyota Mobile Hybrid Experience — a touring brand experience that educated and engaged consumers about Toyota's hybrid technology and its environmental and performance benefits.
The experience translated complex automotive and environmental technology into an accessible, engaging, and memorable visitor experience — using hands-on interactives, multimedia storytelling, and physical demonstrations to bring Toyota's hybrid technology to life for a general audience.
The touring nature of the experience required rigorous project management — coordinating venue selection, logistics, staffing, and installation across multiple stops to deliver a consistent brand experience nationwide.
